Special Event Days at the Battery

During the year, along with our normal opening hours, the Battery hosts Special Event Days at the Museum site and the surrounding grounds.

Special Event Days are on a Sunday and we are open from 11am to  4pm.  All of the site is open during open days, there are tours of the grounds, tunnels, gun floors, living history displays, weapons talk with blank firing, visiting groups and military vehicles in attendance.  Volunteers will be in period dress.

Visiting groups are always welcome, please contact us if you would like to attend our next open day...

We also visit schools and other groups and events, please contact us if you would like us to visit you.
